  • Late Fees and Finance Charges
  • Line Extensions and Service Connections
  • Maintenance and Repairs
  • Metered and Unmetered Services
  • Non-recurring Rates
  • Private Fire Hydrants
  • Provisional Certificate Requirements (Limited to 3 AAC 52.720-726)
  • Quality of Service (First, contact the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation)
  • Rates and Charges (See Sample Monthly Utility Rates)
  • Safety Issues
  • Service Connections
  • Service Interruptions


What the RCA Does Not Regulate
  • Damage claims, including damages to underground lines (Call Before You Dig)
  • Right-of-way/easement issues
