NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA gives notice that ALASKA POWER COMPANY
(APC) has filed tariff revision designated as TA830-2, wherein APC seeks to increase the
limit on the total nameplate capacity of eligible consumer generation systems
participating in its net metering program above the 1.5 percent of the electric utility’s
average retail demand. Additionally, APC filed its total 2012 retail sales in compliance
with 3 AAC 50.910(d).
