NOTICE OF JOINT APPLICATION OF UTILITY TRANSFER
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Bethel
Utilities Corporation (BUC) and Alaska Village Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AVEC) filed a
joint application to transfer BUC’s Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.
43 to AVEC for the provision of electric public utility service in the area of Bethel, Alaska
on June 11, 2013. Docket U-13-118 was opened to address this matter.
