Notice of Amendment of Interconnection Agreement Adopted By Negotiation

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ACS of Anchorage, Inc., ACS of Fairbanks, Inc., ACS of Alaska, Inc., and ACS of the Northland, Inc. (collectively “ACS LECs”) filed a request for Commission approval of an amendment to its interconnection and reciprocal compensation agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, d/b/a AT&T Mobility, on January 27, 2014. Docket U-14-008 was opened to address this matter.
