Notice Of Petition to Discontinue Natural Gas Liquids Service and For
Approval of Inception Tariff Rules and Rates for Natural Gas Transportation
Service
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
Oliktok Pipeline Company (Oliktok) filed a petition, on November 1, 2013, for
approval to discontinue natural gas liquids (NGLs) service on the Oliktok Pipeline
and for approval of a Tariff No. 3 providing rules and rates for natural gas
transportation service on the Oliktok Pipeline (Petition). The existing Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity No. 334 allows Oliktok to transport natural
gas and NGLs. Docket No. P-13-013 was opened to address these matters.
