Transfer certificates -
NOTICE OF PIPELINE APPLICATIONS TO TRANSFER CERTIFICATES
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that BP
Transportation (Alaska) Inc. (BPTA) and Nutaaq Pipeline, LLC (Nutaaq Pipeline) filed joint
applications requesting approval of the transfer of Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity (CPCN) Nos. 524 and 525 from BPTA to Nutaaq Pipeline. CPCN No. 524
authorizes the operation of the Badami Sales Pipeline, which transports crude oil from
the Badami Unit to the Endicott Pipeline. CPCN No. 525 authorizes the operation of the
Badami Utility Pipeline, which transports natural gas from Endicott to the Badami unit.
Docket Nos. P-13-006 and P-13-007 were opened to address these matters respectively.
