Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement -
NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
NATURAL GAS COMPANY (ENSTAR), a natural gas utility, has filed tariff revision TA242-4,
which requests approval of a Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) between Alaska
Pipeline Company (APC) and, Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (HILCORP), for firm natural gas
deliveries commencing on April 1, 2014. ENSTAR requests the addition of the GSPA and
all associated GSPA costs to be included in the Determination of the Gas Cost
Adjustment section of ENSTAR’s tariff.
