The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that HOMER
ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (HEA), an electric utility, has filed tariff revision TA363-32,
proposing to revise its Cost of Power Adjustment (COPA) surcharge calculation
methodology by adding two new cost elements: (1) Gas transportation and related
costs resulting from a Firm Transportation Service Agreement between Alaska Electric
and Energy Cooperative, Inc. (AEEC) and ENSTAR Natural Gas Company (ENSTAR); and
(2) an Interruptible Transportation Agreement between Alaska Electric and Energy
Cooperative, Inc. and Kenai Nikiski Pipeline (KNPL).
