Gas Supply Agreement -
NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
NATURAL GAS COMPANY (ENSTAR), a natural gas utility, has filed tariff revision TA241-4,
which requests approval of a Gas Supply Agreement (GSA) between Alaska Pipeline
Company (APC) and, ConocoPhillips Company, ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., and
ConocoPhillips Natural Gas Corporation (collectively, CONOCO), for firm natural gas
deliveries beginning January 1, 2016. ENSTAR requests the addition of the GSA and all
associated GSA costs to be included in the Determination of Gas Cost Adjustment
section of ENSTAR’s tariff.
