The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice of its
investigation into the unauthorized abandonment of private pay telephone service by
Homer Cleaning Center (HCC) and the possible revocation or relinquishment of
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 632. Docket U-13-117 was
