Fuel and purchased power cost adjustment factor -
NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that CHUGACH
ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (Chugach) has filed TA372-8, to revise its current tariff
requirement to submit quarterly filings of its fuel and purchased power cost adjustment
factor within 45 days after the end of each quarter (as shown on Chugach Tariff Sheet
No. 92), and to extend that filing requirement to 60 days after the end of each quarter.
Chugach indicates that this change is necessary for them to submit only actual expenses
incurred during the reporting period and to allow Chugach the additional lag time to
cease the practice of including any accrued expenses in its quarterly fuel and purchased
power adjustment filings.
