Notice of Utility Tariff Filing.
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE D/B/A MUNICIPAL LIGHT AND POWER DEPARTMENT
(ML&P), an electric utility, has filed a tariff revision designated as TA331-121, proposing
to add a new cost element to its Cost of Power Adjustment (COPA) surcharge
calculation. ML&P seeks to recover as a new cost element the cost of purchases made
under its supplemental natural gas purchase agreement with ConocoPhillips Alaska
Natural Gas Corporation, ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., and ConocoPhillips Company
(agreement)
