Notice of Utility Application.
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
Blue Arctic Waste Solutions, LLC (Blue Arctic) filed an application on December
13, 2013, for a new certificate of public convenience and necessity. Blue Arctic
proposes to provide residential and commercial refuse service to Anchorage,
Eagle River, and Girdwood. Blue Arctic is registered as a limited liability company
in the State of Alaska. Docket No. U-13-199 was opened to address this matter.
