was unanimously elected as the
new Chairman of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) during the public meeting
held June 24, 2015. As Chairman, Commissioner Patch will be responsible for the
administrative functions of the RCA and will preside over the commission for a one-year
term that begins July 1, 2015. Commissioner Patch previously served as Chairman for
three years from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014.
