NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA ("Commission") hereby gives notice that the
Alaska Exchange Carriers Association, Inc. ("AECA") filed a tariff revision designated as
TA128-999. AECA proposes with this filing to revise the definition for the First Point of
Switching and replace the definition for the Access Network Change with a reference to
the National Exchange Carrier Association Tariff F.C.C. No. 5, at Section 2.1.
