NOTICE OF JOINT UTILITY APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska
Pacific Environmental Services Denali, LLC (APES-Denali) and Lausen’s Dependable
Disposal, Inc. (Lausen’s) have filed a joint application to transfer Certificate No. 502 from
Lausen’s to APES-Denali on March 20, 2013. The holder of Certificate No. 502 is
authorized to provide commercial and residential refuse service in Denali Borough and
Nenana Valley service area accessible from the Parks Highway or Denali Highway.
