Public Hearing Schedule in R-13-002 Announced.

The RCA addressed a request filed by the Alaska Power Association to reschedule a public hearing in Docket R-13-002, In the Matter of the Petition Filed by ALASKA ENVIRONMENTAL POWER, LLC  to Amend 3 AAC 50.750-3AAC 50.820 Addressing Cogeneration and Small Power Production.  At its public meeting on January 8, 2014, it was determined that the public hearing scheduled for January 29, 2014, in Docket R-13-002 will begin as scheduled, 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., on January 29, 2014.  Thereafter, the public hearing in Docket R-13-002 will continue at 10:00 a.m. on February 4, 2014.
