Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE D/B/A MUNICIPAL LIGHT AND POWER DEPARTMENT
(ML&P), an electric utility, has filed a tariff revision designated as TA335-121. In this
filing, ML&P proposes to revise the deposit that may be required at application for
service from “the greater of two times the estimated average monthly bill at [the
applicant’s] location or two times the monthly bill of [the applicant’s] customer class”
to
“1.5 times the estimated average monthly bill at [the applicant’s] location.”
