RCA CONSUMER INPUT HEARING IN DOCKET U-08-142
The RCA will hold a Consumer Input Hearing on ENSTAR Natural Gas Company's
request to recover amounts related to a billing error at Fort Richardson through the
inclusion of the costs in ENSTAR's 2009 Gas Cost Adjustment. The purpose of the
hearing is to allow ENSTAR ratepayers and other interested members of the public
to provide comment on the issues in this proceeding.
The Consumer Input Hearing will convene at 5 p.m., October 5, 2009, in the RCA's
East Hearing Room located at 701 West Eighth Avenue, Suite 300, Anchorage,
Alaska, 99501.
Any party wishing to appear telephonically at the scheduled event must advise us in
advance and provide a telephone number where they may be reached for that
