Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice
that Alaska Power Company (APC) filed tariff revision designated as TA127-417
on behalf of Gustavus Electric Company, Inc. (GECI) on January 5, 2015,
seeking to remove the three phase requirement for its Rate Schedule No. 2
service. In its filing, APC indicates that GECI did not require customers to have
three phase service in order to be billed at the Rate Schedule No. 2 amount.
APC stated this revision will allow commercial customers on single phase
service with a twelve month average usage over 1,000 kWh to continue to be
billed the Rate Schedule No. 2.
