notice that on December 5, 2014,

joint
applicat

was filed by BP
Pipelines (Alaska) Inc
.
, ConocoPhillips Transportation Alaska,
Inc
.
,
and ExxonMobil Pipeline Company
(collectively
referred to as the
Applicants) for approval to permanently discontinue use of the
West
Tank Farm at the Trans Alaska Pipeline System
(TAPS) Valdez
Marine Terminal. The Applicants are active owners of TAPS. Docket
No. P-14-028 was opened to address this matter.
