Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
on March 3, 2014, the local exchange telephone companies ACS of the
Northland, LLC, ACS of Fairbanks, LLC, ACS of Alaska, LLC, and ACS of
Anchorage, LLC, (collectively “ACS”), filed tariff revisions TA165-359, TA126-117, TA186-251, and TA530-120 respectively, seeking Commission approval to
clarify the collection fees payable by the customer for delinquent accounts which
are referred to an agency for collection. Collection fees, payable by the customer,
will be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33 percent of the debt, pursuant
to that referral. ACS’s proposed effective date is April 17, 2014.
