Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on May 15,
2015 ACS of Fairbanks, LLC, ACS of the Northland, LLC, ACS of Alaska, LLC, and ACS of
Anchorage, LLC collectively d/b/a Alaska Communications Systems, Alaska
Communications, ACS Local Service and ACS (collectively "ACS") filed tariff advice filings
TA138-117, TA179-359, TA197-251, and TA542-120, respectively, in accordance with 47
C.F.R. §51.907(e), ACS is proposing to reduce its Terminating Local Switching rates. ACS
requested an effective date of July 1, 2015.
