The Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) will hold a Consumer Input
Hearing in Dockets U-07-76 and U-07-77 at 7 p.m. on March 3, 2008, in the
Gazebo Court of the Wedgewood Resort, located at 212 Wedgewood Drive,
Fairbanks.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments from interested
persons regarding rate increases proposed by Golden Heart Utilities (GHU) and
College Utilities Corporation (CUC) on June 5, 2007, for its water and sewer
services. The RCA allowed GHU and CUC to implement interim and
refundable rates pending a final decision on or before June 30, 2008.
