Notice of Resale Agreement Adopted By Negotiation.
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
ACS of Anchorage, LLC (ACS-AN), ACS of Alaska, LLC (ACS-AK), and ACS of
Fairbanks, LLC (ACS-F), collectively, ACS-LECs, and QuantumShift
Communications, Inc. d/b/a vCom Solutions (QuantumShift) submitted for
Commission approval a Local Business Resale Agreement (Resale Agreement)
between the parties on September 19, 2013. Docket U-13-163 was opened to
address this matter.
