Public Notice for CTC, KPU, ASTAC, CVTC, ITC, and MUKLUK

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that non-pooling local exchange carriers: Cordova Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (CTC); Ketchikan Public Utilities, Inc. (KPU); Arctic Slope Telephone Association Cooperative, Inc. (ASTAC); Copper Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (CVTC); Interior Telephone Company, Inc. (ITC); and Mukluk Telephone Company, Inc. (MUKLUK) have filed tariff revisions (collectively "the filings") to revise their Carrier of Last Resort (COLR) support. The filings were submitted in accordance with regulations adopted in Order No. R-08-003(8)/R-09-003(4) that implemented the COLR support mechanism.
