The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Heart Utilities, Inc. (GHU) filed tariff revisions for its water (TA86-118) and wastewater (TA80-290) utilities, proposing to add new language to its tariffs to clarify that all charges for services and materials not specifically declared in its tariffs will be billed at actual costs. These charges may include labor, transportation, materials, or other applicable direct and indirect costs and overhead.
