The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA442-8 seeking approval of an extension to the special contract with Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. to provide natural gas management services. The revision proposed with TA442-8 will extend the end of the contract from March 31, 2018 to March 31, 2019. This is the second extension to this contract.
