The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Electric Light & Power Company (AEL&P) filed TA475-1, requesting approval of Amendment No. 1 to the 2016 Snettisham Hydroelectric Project Hatchery Electric Service Agreement (HESA) between AEL&P and the State of Alaska, Department of Fish and Game. AEL&P proposed to revise Section 2(b)(1) and decrease the electric rate for the hatchery service from  $0.0417 to $0.0350 per kilowatt-hour (kWh), effective May 1, 2019.
