The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on October 28, 2021, Network Communications International Corp. d/b/a NCIC Inmate Communications (NCIC), filed an application for a new Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. NCIC proposes to provide Intrastate interexchange telecommunications collect, automated collect and prepaid calling services to inmates and other incarcerated persons within the state of Alaska.  Docket U-21-073 was opened to address this matter.
