Notice of Utility Petition
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Alaska Exchange
Carriers Association, Inc., on its own behalf and on behalf of its pooled members (collectively
“AECA”), Alascom, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Alaska (AT&T Alaska), General Communication Corp.,
d/b/a
General Communication, Inc. and d/b/a GCI (GCI), and ACS Long Distance, LLC (ACS LD) jointly
filed a request for the approval of a stipulation regarding access charges. The stipulation is
intended as a substitute for the annual access charge proceeding anticipated by the Alaska
Intrastate Interexchange Access Charge Manual and the establishment of Alaska intrastate
access charge rates for the period April 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. Docket U-13-182 was
opened to address this matter.
