The RCA Library is a portal to the work of the Commission, both current and historical. From this section, you can access data on filings, orders, matters, entities, certificates, hearings, and meetings. Other information is also available, including links to other resources and reports.

• Search by Type: Search for documents, matters, hearings, meetings, entities, or certificates using basic criteria.
• Advanced Search: Search for documents or matters using an extensive set of criteria.
• Forms Library: Find and download forms for submission to the RCA, including application and reporting forms.
• RCA Reports: Review reports of the RCA and statistical information about utilities and pipeline carriers.
• Links: Find links to websites for government, community, research, and other organizations related to utilities and pipeline carriers.
