Regulations Docket Opened to Consider Changes to Tariff Filing Requirements in
Competitive Local Exchange Markets:
On Thursday, November 13, 2014, the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA)
opened Docket R-14-001 to consider changes to tariff filing requirements in
competitive local exchange markets. With Order R-14-001(1) the RCA solicits
specific text proposals of revisions to the existing tariff regulations applicable to
carriers in competitive local exchange markets and schedules a technical
conference to convene on January 12, 2015.
Service of Order R-14-001(1) was completed by publishing the order on the
