Notice of Utility Petition for Acceptance of Settlement
The REGULATORY COMMISSION of ALASKA (Commission) hereby gives notice that
on January 30, 2015 Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc. (GVEA) filed a petition
(Petition) for acceptance of a settlement agreement. The settlement agreement contains
a methodology that establishes, for each calendar year, a monthly service charge to be
paid by shippers to GVEA and provides that a credit or additional charge to shippers will
be determined after actual expenses for that calendar year are known. The Commission
has opened Docket P-15-005 to consider the request.
