The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
Copper Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (CVTC) filed a petition on December
17, 2013, requesting approval to disconnect service to the public interest pay
telephone (PIPT) currently designated by the Commission for public use, located
at Mile 185.5 of the Richardson Highway. Docket U-13-200 has been opened to
address this matter.
