Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Heart
Utilities, Inc. (GHU) has filed tariff revisions for its water and wastewater utilities (TA71-118
and TA66-290, respectively). With TA71-118 and TA66-290, GHU requests permission to
implement a permanent increase for non-recurring fees and proposes to clarify, modify,
or correct certain definitions and rules in its tariff.
