The Regulatory Commission of Alaska is recruiting for an attorney to serve as
hearing examiner/administrative law judge. To be considered, applicants must have
graduated from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association, be licensed to
practice law in Alaska or in a state with reciprocity with Alaska, and must have two years
of legal or quasi-judicial experience. Two years administrative law experience or
experience with regulated utility or pipeline service providers is highly desired.
The position is Range 24 in the partially exempt service. Minimum salary is
$7,225 per month. A comprehensive state benefits package is provided for regular, full-time partially-exempt (PX) positions.
