NOTICE OF UTILITY SPECIAL CONTRACT FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
NATURAL GAS COMPANY (ENSTAR), has filed tariff revision TA248-4, requesting
Commission approval of a proposed Special Contract for firm natural gas transportation
service to Alaska Electric and Energy Cooperative, Inc. (AEEC), which was entered into
on November 13, 2013 (Special Contract). The term of the Special Contract runs from
May 1, 2014 through April 30, 2015, with automatic one year extensions thereafter,
unless either party provides a written notice not to extend by September 1 of any year.
