New Rate Schedules -
NOTICE OF PIPELINE CARRIER TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that HILCORP
ALASKA, LLC d/b/a Kenai Nikiski Pipeline (KNPL) has filed tariff revision TL35-689, by
which KNPL proposes to add two new Rate Schedules, FT-2 and IT-3, setting out rates
and terms and conditions for a compression and delivery service to be offered at KNPL's
interconnection with the Cook Inlet Gas Gathering System near Meter No. 401B at
Nikiski, Alaska. Included with this filing are (a) form agreements for the Compression
and Delivery Service and (b) tariff provisions, to conform existing provisions of the tariff
to the intended effect of the new Rate Schedules.
