NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that GOLDEN
VALLEY ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (GVEA), an electric utility, has filed TA245-13,
proposing a standard agreement form for power purchased under GVEA’s avoided cost
rate schedule no. QF-2, which applies to purchases from qualifying facilities with a
nameplate capacity of greater than 100 kW (Tariff Sheet No. 120). GVEA requests a
blank template of the standard form be approved to provide greater clarity to potential
interconnecting qualifying facilities and so that it may execute these agreements
without prior Commission approval.
