Notice of Utility Application
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on February
17, 2015, Rampart Village Electric (Rampart Electric) filed an application for a new
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. Rampart Electric proposes to provide
retail electric utility service in the village of Rampart. Rampart is 100 miles northwest
of
Fairbanks with a population of approximately 24 persons. Docket No. U-15-006 was
opened to address this matter.
