The RCA is recruiting for a Utility
Engineering Analyst (UEA) I, II, or III position. The UEA I
is an entry level professional position. The UEA II position is a full performance
professional level position. The UEA III is an advanced performance professional level
position. The UEA I/II/III position is flexible, allowing an entry-level engineer to progress
to a full performance and then an advanced performance position by successfully
meeting defined milestones. An applicant may apply for the entry-level, full performance,
or advanced performance position in accordance with their qualifications. See Workplace
