The Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) will hold a Consumer Input
Hearing in Docket U-08-028 on March 4, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council
located at 125 Snowman Lane, North Pole.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments from interested
persons regarding water supply in North Pole. In response to the customer
complaints we received regarding lack of water in spring and summer months,
the RCA opened a docket of formal investigation into the quality of service
provided by Valley Water Company, Inc.
