Notice of Utility Tariff Filings.
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
Natural Gas Company (ENSTAR) has filed tariff revisions TA252-4 and TA253-4.
With TA252-4, ENSTAR proposes to revise its general gas sales and transportation
service tariff provisions. These revisions include (1) the separation of ENSTAR’s general
sales and transportation service classes; (2) a change in the notification requirements
for switching between sales and transportation service classes; (3) a change in the
calculation used for Nominations, Over or Under Supply and Monthly Imbalances; (4) a
new requirement for data telemetry equipment; (5) new tariff provisions and rate
schedules for transportation service; (6) the elimination of the tariff rate for the existing
Meter Read Fee, and (7) a newly proposed tariff rate for the Switching Administrative
Fee. ENSTAR also proposes related typographical corrections.
With TA253-4, ENSTAR proposes to revise its general tariff provisions for meter testing,
metering and billing errors, and billing adjustments. ENSTAR also proposes other
typographical corrections, including updating the communities listed on the tariff Title
page and minor corrections to the table of contents.
