Revise service extension policy -
NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that HOMER
ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (HEA), an electric utility, has filed tariff revision TA349-32,
proposing to revise its service extension policy and update the associated forms.
Specifically, HEA proposes new tariff provisions to govern service extensions greater
than 2,000 ft., and to establish a time limit on applications for which construction has
not been completed by the close of the construction season the following year. HEA
also proposes revisions to clarify the process for construction power, and submits
proposed routine service extension application and contract forms.
