The Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) is recruiting for attorneys to serve
as hearing examiners/administrative law judges. To be considered, applicants must have
graduated from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association, be licensed to
practice
law in Alaska or in a state with reciprocity with Alaska, and must have two years of legal
or
quasi-judicial experience. Two years administrative law experience or experience with
regulated
utility or pipeline service providers is highly desired.
