Intrastate Interexchange Carrier Statewide Service Regulations filed with the Lieutenant
Governor.
The Intrastate Interexchange Carrier (IXC) statewide service regulations adopted by the
Regulatory Commission of Alaska in R-12-005 have been filed with the Lieutenant Governor and
will become effective on
October 6, 2013
.

, each telecommunications carrier certificated to provide intrastate
interexchange service in Alaska shall amend its tariff to include a description of the service areas
in which it offers intrastate interexchange service on a 1-plus direct dialed basis.
