Provide water service to the Westwood Subdivision -
NOTICE OF UTILITY APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Home
Water, LLC (Home Water) has filed an application to amend its Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity No. 386 (Certificate). Home Water proposes to provide
water service to the Westwood Subdivision located in Wasilla. Home Water is a limited
liability company registered in the State of Alaska. Docket No. U-13-096 was opened to
address this matter.
