Loss of Voice Mail System: Sometime after December 26, 2014, the voice mail
system used by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) failed. Potentially
voice mail messages were lost before being retrieved. If you left a voice mail
message for someone at the RCA and have not received a response, please
contact us again. While we wait for the implementation of a new system,
telephone calls not answered at an extension will be forwarded to the front desk
where a message will be taken and forwarded to the appropriate person.
Telephone calls received after hours continue to go to an answering machine
from which messages are retrieved the next business day.
