NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
NATURAL GAS COMPANY (ENSTAR), a natural gas utility, has filed tariff revision TA238-4,
seeking Commission approval of a proposed Boil-Off Gas Sale and Purchase and
Construction Reimbursement Agreement (GSA) between Alaska Pipeline Company
(“APC”) and Kenai LNG Corporation, ConocoPhillips Alaska Natural Gas Corporation, and
ConocoPhillips Company (collectively, “COP”) for interruptible natural gas deliveries
beginning in 2013 and continuing through 2016.
